1. The house structure is made of calibrated certified C24 wood.

2. Roof and floor – insulated with 200mm mineral wool. The walls are insulated with 150 mm mineral wool.

3. The house has 3 double-glazed windows installed. Window color outside anthracite, color inside white.

4. Roof – black tin.

5. The exterior decoration is made of termo wood and black tin.

6. Power supply: output electrical installation; water supply and sewerage. You just have to connect the house to your communications.

7. Inside decoration: walls – painted wooden tables, floor – laminate, ceilings – painted plasterboards.

Houses are made in Lithuania. Houses are fully manufactured in the factory, and they are delivered safely to your lot. If you wish we can finish it fully by your individual wishes.
